Led a large scale digital transformation program for a global insurance company’s India business, saving over 100 hours of manual effort daily and ~$200,000 every year while reducing the number of IT support tickets team by 60% in comparison with legacy system• Building an end to end policy issuance system to process motor policies• Working closely with CXOs to determine value drivers and vision for the product, and to lay out a strategic road map for value delivery in alignment with organization goals• Conducted business process reengineering exercise with BU heads to evaluate gaps in existing processes, and identify opportunities to eliminate process redundancies, improve STP, and reduce OpEx• Translating customer “desirements” into specific product features and user stories• Collaborating with the architect & the development team to design, innovate & build the solution• Streamlining the product backlog by cost benefit analysis of various requirements to prioritize & negotiate product features with stakeholders while ensuring timely releases following agile methodology• Driving product releases and monitoring post release performance and utilization of the system by business to ensure successful adoption of the portal• As an outcome we achieved 99% success in policy generation as compared to 78% on the legacy system. End to end delivery of a technology transformation project for a contact center client by implementing conversation AI solution to free up 20% agent bandwidth  Led a 11 member techno-functional team to integrate an Artificial Intelligence based virtual agent with their existing contact center systems to respond to common customer queries and assist the human agent  Average handle time reduced by 25% while first call resolution rate increased by 11%

o The objective was to come up with a sales win amount forecasting model for a Fortune 50 technology client.o Multiple causal models were built based on linear regression. A stochastic model was also developed with the help of Monte Carlo Simulationo Finally, a linear model integrated with sales lead risk score was recommended which could potentially reduce the forecast error of the initial model by ~50% and could be scaled across all its business units
