As a senior software engineer I spend my days writing Dart code for Ardley's various Flutter applications. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to define app requirements and deliver seamless user experiences. I am active in the Flutter community and ensure we are up to date on industry and the framework's standards.

As CPO, I was responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our product, drawing heavily on my engineering expertise to drive development. As a co-founder, I often juggled many roles. On any given day, I might have tackled coding complex features for our mobile app and website, refining the product roadmap, QA testing, community engagement, and customer service.My engineering background allowed me to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic planning, ensuring our product met both user needs and business goals. As an early-stage startup, Reddiyo demanded not only a wide array of skills but also the ability to adapt and innovate quickly.Ultimately, Reddiyo did not succeed but the four years we spent building it were well spent.

As the Director of Engineering I led technical teams in the development of large scale web solutions. I interfaced with project stakeholders on the client side regularly to communicate the health of our projects and to establish development strategy and process across the enterprise. At Kenzan, I helped set the technical direction of the company and ensured the educational growth of our developers.

In my position at Crowd Favorite I led a team of front-end and back-end developers in the build-out of custom enterprise level WordPress and AngularJS websites. Clients included Starz, Disney, Phish, National Geographic, Beatport, and Simpson College. In addition to producing code, I participated in discovery workshops, identified and documented requirements, provided estimates, created dev plans, worked closely with the design team, and scheduled resources. I was also actively involved in hiring new talent and interfaced with clients in a senior role.

Art directed and designed a myriad of print and interactive marketing materials for companies of all sizes including PepsiCo, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, and Public Service Credit Union. Designed and developed all types of websites from simple brochureware sites to complex CMS driven sites. Standards compliant front-end development of websites including slicing (XHTML and CSS) and Jquery with a strict eye for usability and accessibility. Worked with programmers to establish functionality and ensure the integrity of designs. Led the mobile web strategy initiatives. Managed the accounts of all website maintenance clients. Served as project manager on select accounts and consulted on IA/UX best practices.

Designed websites, logos, Flash projects and other marketing materials for associations and non-profits. Provided design direction to creative team. Assisted in production of IA/UX deliverables. Ensured the IA and design processes were adhered to and moving forward appropriately. Worked closely with the front-end developers to ensure designs were implemented accurately and adhered to best practices.

Designed websites, logos, brochures, Flash animations and other multimedia projects for non-profit, commercial, and government clients including Sprint, FAA, World Bank and the National Association of Manufacturers. Assisted programmers with production of web-based projects. Collaborated with Art Director, VP of Creative Services and other colleagues to perform design and development activities.

Designed corporate identity packages, direct mail, advertisements, logos, brochures and book covers. Responsible for all design, creation, and production of client websites including HTML e-mail, Flash animations, information architecture, web graphics, and navigation systems. Served as account manager for all web services and select design projects for clients such as ExxonMobil and the National Pharmaceutical Council. Assisted with proposal writing and drafting of estimates.
