1) Initiating background check of the candidates received from the account managers.2) Preparing the W2, C2C agreements for new offers.3) Sending Background check status of candidates on daily basis to the account managers.4) Contacting Background check team (HireRight, first advantage) to know more about the discrepancies and resolving it accordingly.5) Calling and sending the follow up emails to the candidates for the documents asked by the background check agencies.6) Calling and sending the email to candidates for supporting documents of W2 and C2C.7) Sending the Onboarding documents & client specific documents to candidates via Adobe Sign. 8) Updating the onboarding tracker on daily basis.9) Folder Management – Saving the documents received from Account managers such as NDA, MSA etc.10) Preparing Vendor letters, Experience letters and client letters for candidates as per the request received from account managers.

1)Complete understanding of the H1B document collection and filling process ( mandatory docs, LCA filing, Petetion writing, forms and letters.2)Preparing non-immigrant visa petitions for new visas3)Filling LCA's , scrutinizing H1 visa and documents to be submitted4)Maintain H-1B immigration database.5)Prepare Forms and letters for H1B applications.6) Involve in full VISA Stamping Process: H1, L1, B1 and H4.7)Assisting employees in Filing DS-160 forms.8)Good knowledge on complete Green Card process.9)Workout internal SLA for the stakeholders for all Immigration related work and ensure that the same are adhered to.10)Research immigration laws and regulations as they pertain to international travel, priority dates, consular visa applications, etc……11) Coordinates with employee and other internal stakeholders regarding the documentation requirements.
