• In charge for Lotus Cafe (All day dining Restaurant), Banquette (3 Meeting room) , Veranda Lobby Lounge, Room Service, Club House Golf Restaurant,• Manage the co-operation and smooth running of every outlet with 25 associates• Manage the training of the associate include rostering, setting, maintaining and focus on the exceptional guest ecperiences• Manage and control Cost and Achieve The Revenue (Accurate profit and lost statement),• Implementing HACCP standards, Develope and manage strategies to achieve stated goals.

• Incharge for specialty beach club restaurant and Banquet (3 Meeting Room). • Manage the co-operation and smooth running of the specialty restaurant (The top 3 of the highes revenue among all the corporate restaurants) • Manage the training of the associate include rostering, setting, maintaining andfocus to the exceptional guests experiences, • Control Restaurant Cost and Achieve The Revenue (Accurate profit and lost statement), Implementing HACCP standards, Develope and manage strategies to achieve stated goals.• Manage re-branding restaurant(PantaiGrill) in to the beach club(XANA beach club). Design new Beverages Menu and Restaurant concept.
