Coordinating the various electrical and mechanical contractors associated with the construction of a Membrane Bioreactor Wastewater Plant in a refinery as the Owner's Agent. Project value $86 MM.

On this project managed the underground construction elements of a 2 mile, 14' finished diameter hard rock tunnel (TBM excavation) and related surface construction elements as well as handling project financial controls for the City of Atlanta’s South River Tunnel and Pump Station Project. Project value of $111 MM.

Managed surface construction elements: world class diversion structure intakes,8.5 miles of 24' finished diameter tunnel concrete lining, batch plant operations, electrical building and 86 MGD pump station as part of the City of Atlanta’s West Area CSO Tunnel Project. Also performed closeout Resident Engineer responsibilities. Project value of $210 MM.

Autry Mill Road 54” Water Main, Fulton County, GA, (USI/Parsons PMT)- Construction Manager. Managed the construction of approximately 10,000 LF.of 54” Transmission Main. Water and Wastewater Survey and Inventory, Fulton County, GA, (USI/Parsons PMT)- Construction Manager. Managed the survey efforts, using GIS and total station approaches, documenting every water and sewer feature in the jurisdiction of Fulton County Public Works.Lantern Lane Sewer Line Replacement, Fulton County, GA (USI/Parsons PMT)-Construction Manager. Managed the sewer line replacement efforts of approximately 6,000 LF of pipe using primarily pipe bursting methodology.John’s Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility – Civil Package, Fulton County, GA (USI/Parsons PMT) – Construction Manager. Managed the site work contract for this wastewater treatment facility.North Fulton Elevated Water Storage Tanks, Fulton County, GA, (USI/Parsons PMT) - Construction Manager. Managed the construction of two (2) – two (2) million gallon elevated storage tanks.

Southfork Peachtree Creek Relief Sewer, City of Atlanta DPW (DHA/WLJ (HDR) JV/Thacker Gibbs) – Construction Manager. Managed the construction of approximately 12,000 LF of 60” RCP sewer line including 2,000 LF of tunnel.Nancy Creek, Northfork Peachtree Creek Relief Option, City of Atlanta DPW, (DHA/JJG JV/Thacker-Gibbs) – Construction Manager. Worked on GDOT and Water/Sewer Projects including:Intersection Improvements SR 211, Georgia Department of Transportation, Barrow County, GA – Project Manager. Managed the construction of three (3) intersection improvements along SR211 in Barrow County for a general contractor. The scope of work included horizontal and vertical realignment of approximately 3 miles of 2 lane rural highway and associated intersections.

Distribution Engineer, Atlanta Gas Light Company, Clayton Service Center – responsible for the design of new facilities and monitoring/maintaining line pressure on a territory covering three (3) metro-Atlanta counties (Clayton, Fayette, Henry). In his tenure as distribution engineer, also managed the design and construction of the 7000 SF fleet maintenance building as well as the natural gas utility relocations associated with three (3) GDOT highway widening projects. In addition to these responsibilities, designed all commercial/industrial meter sets for the territory.Plant Engineer, Atlanta Gas Light Company, Riverdale Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Plant – served as Plant Engineer with responsibilities incorporating operations/maintenance ractivities for this facility as well as the neighboring Liquefied Propane (LPG) plant. While at this position, responsible for implementing instrumentation upgrades, maintaining process quality control, constructing the plant fire station, managing fire protection system upgrades, and functioning in an emergency operations role.

Cooperative Education student for this Civil Engineering Design Firm-Responsibilities included drafting, field surveying, calculations and field assessments for: water/wastewater distribution, water/wastewater plant, airport, site development , architectural and marine projects.
