Welkom! Ik ben Ronald Aalders, planner bij Best Flex. In 2017 ben ik bij Best Flex begonnen als planner en sindsdien zijn wij hard gegroeid in het aantal klanten, medewerkers en omzet. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de gehele planning van onze zorgmedewerkers en elke dag zorg ik dat onze klanten de zorgmedewerkers krijgen die zij zoeken. Naast de planning houd ik mij bezig met de inrichting en werking van onze systemen, het verbeteren van interne processen en de werving van nieuwe zorgtoppers die ik dan vervolgens weer match aan onze klanten. Door mijn hbo-opleiding Commerciële Economie/Sportmarketing heb ik kennis en ervaring in marketing en communicatie en spar ik hier binnen Best Flex ook graag over mee. Als ik niet aan het werk ben, dan sport ik graag en ga ik graag de natuur in om te wandelen, kajakken en foto’s/video’s te maken. Ook ben ik dol op reizen en ga dan het liefst naar bestemmingen waar ik lange hikes door de bossen en bergen kan maken en kajak-tochten op rivieren of de open zee.
