Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management & Accounting.Did one hundred and twenty hours of internship work for a Property Manager. During that time period gained knowledge in Property Management, Rent, Leasing, Administrative tasks, answering telephone, contacting prospective customers via email/phone. Couple months after internship was completed, Property manager asked if I could continue working as a part time Office Assistant/Leasing Specialist. Once I resumed where i left off, some of the duties expanded. Today, the property manager is confident and assured that I am able to handle just about anything required during his absence. It has been a great work experience handling conflict resolution, customer service, charges disputes, scheduling apartment showings, running reports on delinquent accounts and income statements. The apartment complex consists of seventy eight units. Currently it is leased at 100%I am looking to gain more experience and grow in the field with a full time opportunity and potential for advancement. Relocation is definitely in my plans if the right opportunity arises. Being bilingual is one of my great assets and enjoy being able to help customers/residents every way possibly. Their satisfaction is always a priority.
