1. Checks and review Monthly Billing of Sub-Contractors.2. Prepares and analyze schedule curve of the project (Microsoft Excel)3. Prepares Contract claims and Variations.4. Prepares letter of Intention to Claim to the Consultant5. Monitoring of Daily, Weekly and Monthly accomplishment against planned and scheduled activities.6. Prepares monthly report of accomplishment to be submitted to Consultant.7. Preparation of Billing Statement to be submitted to the Consultant every month on the accomplishment of works.8. Review and understand relevant documents of the project.9. Prepares Cost Data Report ensuring project baseline is in place.10. Recommends corrective action to Project Manager when necessary.11. Inspects the project site on a daily basis to monitor the progress and ensuring conformance to design specifications.12. Interprets project documentations as the need arises.13. Prepares price escalation whenever deemed necessary.14. Coordinates with Senior Quantity Engineers with regards to actual work progress and incorporate actual accomplishment on the schedule curve.15. Monitoring of actual site progress.16. Reports to the Project Manager for any discrepancies in the design or contract agreement.
