I provided management and development of core revenue-generating growth initiatives aimed at sustaining long-term firm health. I grew annual revenue by 1200% within 6 years of launching a new practice by cross-selling and partnering across geographies, and by focusing on intensive solutions-based sales plans targeting high-revenue prospects. I consistently ranked in the Top 5 “revenue generators,” growing the business from the ground up and maintaining an average margin of 68%, EBITDA of 11%, client retention of 94%, and team member retention rate of 100%. I exceeded performance goals 9 times during a period of unprecedented challenges for the financial services sector. I also led the transformation of my practice's strategy and business model to remain competitive with 3 tech-based industry disruptors.

In this multi-faceted role I was a key member of the senior leadership team driving change management initiatives for a radical and highly complex goods and services procurement process for a global pharmaceutical client. I identified, qualified, and signed a new client which generated $500K in total revenue within the first 60 days with the firm. I was recognized by leadership for “contributing scalable, process-driven intellectual property to the firm’s methodology – among the best we have.” During this tenure I obtained certification in a cutting-edge and highly transferrable change management methodology. I launched the Marketing function for the firm and led the development of collateral, the web site, and play books.

In this role I acted as the local leader for this global consulting organization focused on driving growth and delivering business solutions that address customer needs. I transformed the Southeast U.S. office into a team that exceeded revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals each year while improving client performance outcomes. I launched a new regional office and earned “Rookie of the Year” Award for exceeding revenue targets faster than any associate in the history of the organization. I grew year-over-year revenues from $11M to $20M+ while consistently beating annual EBITA goal of 7% and a margin of 50%.
