Managed and supervised the planning of over 10 thousand work orders every year. Working with all trades and contractors in cross discipline support to reach a successful solution and optimize resources efficiently and economically. Met all Performance Indicators and Milestones ahead of schedule.

Work Week Manager-AEP DC Cook Nuclear Power Plant 2014 -2019Responsible for directing, managing, scheduling and coordinating the Thirteen (13) week schedule for On-Line Reactor Power: Operations, Surveillances and maintenance. Provide day-to-day coordination of both Reactor Plants and Electrical Generation Equipment schedule in progress.Ensure requirements are in place to support the Nine-week rolling schedule through Execution. Identify the systems and equipment, which will be tagged out to complete various maintenance tasks and notify operations of windows for tagging out the systems and equipment. Work with Operations to ensure the Technical Specification Limitations are met at all times.Coordinate and negotiate with various departments to ensure all jobs were scheduled during the appropriate windows. Coordinated the scheduling of emerging activities with other departments to ensure technical specifications, maintenance rules, LCO and plant configuration changes are incorporated into the schedule. Coordinated and facilitated working groups to plan prepare and execute the maintenance scheduled for the week ensuring we maintained the highest standards of craftsmanship to maintain both preventive and corrective maintenance for all aspects of power plant operations. Bundled maintenance tasks together to minimize the impact on plant chemistry.

Work Week Manager–CONSTELLATION ENERGY GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT. 2008-2014Completed OSHA Safety Classes: Introduction to Safety 7500 at Rochester Institute of Technology and Safety Management HSE-101 (OSHA) at Monroe Community College. Served on the Site Communications and Environmental Committees. For a Capstone Project I lead a team of leaders in the enhancement of the Combined Fleet Safety Manual. Developed a plant impact overview of the new PRA risk program EOOS (3.5). As a member of the Outage Risk HIT team created a new template for required system alignments and projected equipment status required for the safe development and implementation of the plant schedules. Effectively developed and drove over 100 Work Weeks managing the risk and workload for Ginna ensuring maximum power generation and resource utilization.

Shift Technical Advisor–CONSTELLATION ENERGY GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT. 2006-2008Successfully completed a pilot System Procedure Upgrade Project for the writers group reorganizing the way procedures are written, integrated and performed. Completed two years of Senior Reactor Operator training and General Fundamentals Engineering Exam. Details available upon request.

Indoctrination Director- in charge of 4 Senior Supervisors, 14 instructors. Created and conducted training classes for complex power plant mechanical equipment and theory for over 1000 Staff and Students.Director Nuclear 5 Vector Model Team- hand-picked to lead the development of a computer-based career management system to guide all sailors in the Naval Nuclear Power Program from recruit training to retirement.Mechanical Equipment Class Director- supervised and mentored Staff and student students to graduate from Nuclear Field Machinist Mate School.Reactor Training Director–USS GEORGE WASHINGTON CVN 73 2000-2003Senior Watch Officer- As the most experienced Watch Officer on board provided oversight of the control room; managed and mentored senior enlisted and junior officers during critical operations. Reviewed and approved all chemistry adjustments and maintenance to both the Primary and Secondary power plants.Reactor Training Director- for 400+ officers in nuclear power plant operations and procedures. Created complex training scenarios strengthening ability to combat and respond to power plant casualties.Machinery Division Director- Lead 125 officers in the operation and maintenance of all power plant and electrical generation equipment.Assistant Director – NUCLEAR POWER TRAINING UNIT GOOSE CREEK, SC. 1995-1999Supervised and mentored a crew of 6 chiefs, 4 civilians, 40 enlisted staff, and 75 enlisted students. Managed five arduous maintenance shutdowns to ensure the highest level of readiness for a 35-year-old power plant. Received the Commanding Officers Operational Excellence Award for 1998.Trained 200+ officer and enlisted students in nuclear reactor operations, repair, and damage control.
