As a hardworking, reliable and dedicated skilled manager, I have gained some valuable experience in both academic and professional settings. I fulfilled the position as the Training Manager which was very operational and successfully lead a team that ensured quality training and facilitating in a national network of branches, including the training needs of the staff at our head office. I grew from this position and was then promoted to HR Manager. In this position I have further gained knowledge in aspects of Human Resource practices and processes, including job design, recruitment, performance management and training & development. I was also appointed as the Employment Equity Manager and so have too gained this experience.In both above mentioned positions I was very involved in creating detailed job descriptions for all staff members and take pride in the results that I delivered. I have a natural flair for doing job analysis and then creating an effective and efficient way of compiling a systematic list of duties, which enhances the job function and the training for those specific positions. I quickly develop a good understanding of the work environment and the job functions and duties that are needed to complete tasks and have so also been very instrumental in the creating of policies, standards and procedures. I have a good track record of creating good business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and pride myself in the relationships I have built over the years.
