As a service manager at Pep Boys, I oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards, and safety compliance. I have more than twenty five years of experience in managing teams, budgets, inventory, and equipment in the retail and service industry.Before joining Pep Boys in February 2018, I also have a background in health care, as I was a Paramedic for almost 29 years. In addition, I hold certificates in fire science, fire-fighting, leadership, and officer training from Alabama Fire College, and in emergency medical technology from the University of South Alabama.My core competencies include retail management, team building, customer service management, emergency management, and fire-fighting. I am passionate about providing excellent service, improving processes, and solving problems.
