Include the acoustic mechanical design, parameter tuning, mic/speaker performance test, and the final product performance test; g) Do the firmware parameter tuning to adapt the different ASR engines. So far we already finish the adaptation for most of the main stream ASR engine, include the Alexa, Baidu, KT, Tencent etc. h) Build and manager 2 audio labs in Chengdu and Shenzhen; i) Do audio simulation for customers; j) Provide training to global FAE team;2) Manage a hardware design team a) Do the reference design for all the audio production line(far-field voice, USB-C headset, ANC headset, ADC, PC codec, class-D amplifier); b) Define the test plan, design the test spec and finish all the test accordingly; c) Review the customer's schematic and PCB design, provide the feedback; d) Analysis the customer's hardware related issues, test customer products and fix customer issues; e) Design the chip fan out, help the chip design team to optimize the pin out; f) Finish the SI/PI simulation for the reference design, support some customers do SI/PI simulation; g) Encourage the team members, help them to achieve their career plan;

Lead a hardware team(include RF, baseband, audio, RF driver).

Provide technical support to tier one customer; develop new hardware platform; join the chip design activity.

Design the baseband circuit of mobile phone in more than ten projects.The major focusing is acoustic and power circuit. In addition to local customers, the main customers includes NEC, Toshiba etc..Familiar with the platforms:Broadcom and Phlips.Take responsibility of the project of electronics compass.I design schematic 、porting the operating system(ucos2) to an ADI MCU and write keypad&lcd drivers.Understand the theory of operating system and driver.
