Barksdale Afb La

Led 240 military and civilian forecasters providing around-the-clock weather warnings and aviation weather forecasts for Army and AF airfields in a 9-state region, well known as a severe weather region and nicknamed "Tornado Alley".

Led all facets of operations for a 200-person team providing around-the-clock military weather aviation support for the land mass encompassing Europe, Russia and most of Africa. Skillfully coordinated international relations with military and civilian colleagues across NATO national lines.

Stuttgart Area, Germany

Conducted interagency and international operational planning throughout Europe and Africa with military, governmental and non-governmental entities to ensure stable and peaceful governance by sovereign states. Wrote operational plans and orders for general officers in support of national efforts against global war on terror. Lead noncombatant evacuations planner for the command.

Led team of 21 active duty Air Force members in around-the-clock operations providing weather reconnaissance to the only stealth fighter aircraft wing operating in the world at that time.

Managed Air Force and Navy weather satellite requirements for the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP), to include payload activation messaging to an operational space squadron, and coordinated competing aspects of limited data capacity to optimize on-orbit assets.
