Ronald enhanced the MWC enterprise system by integrating the departmental systems and making the applications talk to each other and share data. He completed the critical business applications projects that enabled faster decision making across teams; data driven analytics that deliver operations efficiency; and better service to customers. He worked with business leaders from Finance, Water Supply, CAPEX, Sales, Marketing, and HR, to design the operations framework that will give the most benefit to the company.

Ronald was accountable for application development and support for Accenture internal applications. He managed a 1000+person development team that provided 24/7 support for all Accenture employees across all countries. His teams worked diligently to ensure that all supported global applications are running efficiently and are available all the time. He build a strong reputation for the delivery capability of the Manila office, which was used a a marketing collateral to bring more offshore work to the Manila Delivery Center.
