I. Duties & Responsibilities:• Plan, recommend and periodical review ICT architectures, plans, designs, and configurations.• Adequately manage and administer ICT components and services where the quality of ICT services are monitored and controlled to match business needs and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.• Conduct regular audits of risk analysis of ICT infrastructures and submit recommendations to improve ICT Servicing. • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of user and application requirements.• Provide support to end users of business applications, working closely with software supplier to ensure speedy and effective resolution to issues.• Manage Website and email administration.• Ensure that web based technologies are utilized to its full capacity.• Maintain robust and reliable systems and ensuring relevant back-ups, interfaces, and other data feeds are secured.• Develop and produce user documentation and deliver training to users.• Be a member of relevant internal user groups to inform the business on potential software supplies, including attending appropriate conferences• Manage periodic upgrades to relevant systems, including testing• Advise, develop and maintain security profiles for relevant systems• Keep up to date with advances in the field of ICT.
