With a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management-Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College and a Master's degree in Management from St. Thomas University, Mr. Dioro follows his dream by opening in 2014 his own security company to serve organizations in the community. His responsibilities consist of leading the management staff in a new approach to develop customers' relationship and increase clients' networking through affordable services, checking on the daily operational activities along with the operation manager, participating in the recruitment process with the human resources Department, and managing clients' complaints to provide satisfaction and realistic results.
