Responsible for the safety and training of operators in an extrusion plant that compounded and extruded materials used in the injection molding business. Helped improve in quality by implementing procedures that reduced rejected product by almost 100 percent, which saved time and cost by a very simple system. Some of the materials used were- , Polycarbonates, Urethanes, Nylons, Acetals, ABS, Glass Fibers and Beads, Teflon, Carbon Fibers and Kevlar.
