Ronald E. Brown (Ron Brown), is the author of the TableCurve 2D, TableCurve 3D, PeakFit, AutoSignal, and PeakLab analytical software packages. These products were historically the software leaders for curve fitting, surface fitting, automated signal analysis, chromatographic and spectroscopic peak analysis. Ron's background is as a chemical engineer, Purdue University, before forming AISN Software for scientific data analysis technologies. Ron's products have over 100,000 commercial users, and were marketed from Systat Software, SPSS Software, and Jandel Scientific. Users include most Fortune 500 companies, NASA, the FDA, and researchers worldwide. Ron worked with Harvey Motulsky, founder of GraphPad Prism software, on an NIH-funded SBIR grant for robust modeling and outlier detection which is in the top 1% of ResearchGate cited papers. Ron's research interests lie in scientific data modeling, digital signal processing, and peak analysis in chromatography, spectroscopy, and other sciences.
