I have led internationally dispersed team members, managed large technology budgets, and served as a member of the senior management team to advise on key business and technology decisions. My key areas of focus include digital transformation, business continuity, infrastructure management, security and disaster recovery, network architecture, emerging technologies, cost savings, operational efficiencies, automation, systems (AI and machine learning), and process improvements. In my daily work, I thrive on helping team members unlock their potential and utilizing the correct resources that drive the best outcomes for the business.
