• P&L for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) reporting into the Managing Director MENA • Develop sell-in plan for the product group with the key distributors in MENA. • Grow distribution network in MENA. • Manage the Business Development Managers within the GCC region and make sure that they work closely with the Regional Business Units (RBU) to hit the sell-out targets. • Manage the Senior Engineer Anchors and Fasteners for MENA region and make sure adequate technical support is given to the distribution network and the end-user teams. • Report the SBU results into the Global Organization and work closely with the Global Product Development team to make sure products will be introduced with the right specifications to drive sales in the MENA region.

• Engage with end-users to get to know their way of working and to promote the correct money and time saving solutions for their jobs. • Extend product portfolio in Hand tools, Power tools, Lasers, Accessories, Anchors and screws to cater this segment in close cooperation with the EMG product managers. • Develop more specialization in this segment with our existing distributors and find new distributors that are focused on this segment. • Create the necessary segment focused marketing material and training modules.

• Develop strategic plan and support the execution of this by the regional business units. • Manage team of 5 field engineers, set-up project tracker and give technical support • Translate project tracker into forecast and reduce Excess & Obsolete on the anchors and fasteners portfolio. • Product training for the field teams and distributors and engage in joint customer visits • Maintain product portfolio, price-list and execute SKU rationalization. • Prepare New Product Information (NPI) for all the marketing teams. • Supply all technical info for website, brochures, catalog etc.

Responsible for: • Plan and manage concrete anchor portfolio for the metric fastener business, providing profitable sales and market share growth. Reporting into the Director Marketing – Fastenings & Anchors. • Market Research • Input to European/Global Strategic plans and develop global product road. • Drive innovation and differentiation as a base for end-user defined product development. • Provide the markets with relevant product info and training in order to maximize the impact of new product launches. • Item creation, maintenance, analysis • Reduce Excess & Obsolete • Technical contact for monitoring quality and plan and drive corrective actions. Achievements: • In 2013 I introduced over 750 products which are the key products of DEWALT’s metric Anchors and Fasteners range which is expected to drive $20M business in 2017.
