Prepared, operated, and fired the Avenger portable weapons systems. In the course of doing so, established and maintained radio communications, and evaluated potential targets and target engagement. Used infrared to detect and engage targets, and resupply ammunition for firing. Also tasked with performing emergency procedures for weapons systems, maintaining sight alignments on systems, and operating and maintaining system carriers.

Refreshed laptops and desktops in accordance with the contract guidelines that NASA had set in place. Backed up user’s data from their old system and migrated it over using an automated script that was pre-built for a machine to machine refresh. Took custody of the old system and all of its associated assets. For laptops this included the docking station and for the desktops it included the towers, would also take custody of old monitors if the user got a new one with their refresh. Pre-staged the new systems and pre-ran patches and updates before deployment. Verified that all of the user data was on the new system and that they had access to all their documents, also reconnected their map drives and printers. Walked the user through on how to use their new Windows 10 system.
