CurrentIn this role, I oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations encompassing Procurement, Logistics, Project Coordination, and the Regional Support Maintenance (RSM) Rotatable Pool. This also includes managing our Distribution Center operations, overseeing our Bench Repair services, and implementing effective Inventory Management strategies. In addition to these responsibilities, I manage a substantial annual budget of $7.2M, providing financial stewardship across various teams and ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources. I also hold full P&L responsibility for my operation, driving profitability through cost-effective strategies and efficient operations. I lead a resolute team of managers, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. My strategic financial planning and keen financial acumen have been instrumental in supporting the diverse needs of our operations and positively impacting the bottom line.★ Orchestrated the transformation of an underperforming department into a high-performing team, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.★ Closed FY24 $355K under budget despite having to buy out over $300K in obsolete inventory items throughout the year.★ Successfully implemented a comprehensive IT infrastructure supply chain and operations strategy. ★ Introduced Total Quality Management (TQM) principles into the operation, driving improvement initiatives. ★ Spearheaded sustainable operations management, resulting in the donation of over 2000 PCs, keyboard/mouse sets, and monitors to Pittsburgh schools, and ensured 100% recycling of all scrap metal, eWaste, and all cardboard and packing materials.★ Spearheaded the development of middleware, facilitating the seamless transfer of accounting transactions between ServiceNow, BuyerQuest, and Oracle ERP.★ Developed and implemented a comprehensive succession plan. ★ Reduced carried inventory by over 60% and improved inventory turnover from 1:1 in FY23 to 3:1 in FY24.
