I am a technology entrepreneur, executive, and investor.and have been involved in the transition of several companies to high growth and successful equity exits including three IPO's and three sales to other companies at 20x+ initial investment valuation. In the course of building these companies, we also acquired 5 companies and divisions of companies, all of which were successfully integrated and contributed to the equity value of the parent companies. Currently my main focus is as Founder and CEO of GlobalLink1 Capital, a seed and early stage investor in technology companies which is delivering a net annual IRR since inception in 2014 of > 40%. I also serve on the boards and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Xilinx (XLNX) and Knowles Electronics (KN). As a seed investor (2000), CEO, and Board Director of NetLogic Microsystems, I led the company from its pre-revenue stage to a very profitable and high-growth leader in semiconductors for communications and internet infrastructure.. I oversaw NetLogic through its IPO in 2004 and managed the $3.7 billion sale of the company to Broadcom Corporation, which represented a greater than 100x return to the seed investors. I subsequently joined Broadcom to lead the Processors and Wireless Infrastructure division. Before my experience at NetLogic/Broadcom, I was an SVP of NeoMagic Corporation where in a few short years we became the leader in graphics processors for notebook computers and had a successful IPO in 1997 . In 1990, I founded Accell Corporation, which was based in Hong Kong with offices in China and Taiwan focusing on sales, marketing and design services for the booming greater China market. Accell was acquired by Cyrix Corp in early 1993 where I participated as VP of Asia in Cyrix's 1993 IPO..I am the Trustee and CEO of The Jankov Trust, where we focus on underprivileged and at-risk children and supporting enhanced education opportunities in Africa.
