1. To ensure all safety requirements are in strict adherence to the project needs.2. Interpretation of drawings such as P&IDs, Isometrics, Spool Isometrics, piping drawings Location drawings, etc.3. Carry out routine inspection assembly/fit-up, straightness, levelness, verticality, and alignment of piping erection 4. Dimensional inspection with reference to approved spool drawings.5. Supervise the welding process and conduct a weld Visual Test after completion6. Carry out Die Particle Test (DPT) to identify surface defects7. Carry out visual inspection of completed welds and endorse for NDT as per project requirements.8. Witness Non-Destructive Test methods like RT, MPT, UT, and LPT and scrutinize reports.9. Stage-wise inspection of fabrication activities and verification with reference to approved specifications and Standards.10. Preparation of Weld map & RT map according to project specification and according to applicable codes11. Supervise the preparation of Hydro tests and Pressure pad tests with the Client12. Perform material inspection and verification of all parts according to the material package list and Approved material submittal13. Review material traceability reports against the actual Heat no. of material14. As-built Red markup preparation Isometric drawing modifications15. Monitoring the daily work activities and updating Progress Reports16. Assisting the planning department with the construction of material request lists & monitoring of material storekeeping.
