As a retired commercial and business litigator with almost five decades of practice, I am aware of how litigation processes function. I am passionate about creating a vehicle for effective solutions to complex disputes. In 2024, I founded The Resolution Network to streamline the mediation and arbitration process in British Columbia. I bring a strong background in business litigation and have handled diverse cases, from corporate governance issues to securities and employment matters. One career highlight, I was counsel in the leading precedent-setting case on the issue of special costs in litigation.Outside of work, I am dedicated to community causes and philanthropy, including through The Gratitude Aeffect Foundation, which I founded to support local food banks to provide meals to those in need. I am also a tournament tennis player and compete in provincial and national events.
