 Prepare and present the Risk Management Report for Credit to ECC and prepare the same for Board Credit Committee (BCC). Review, sign and submit all Credit monthly reports to Central Bank. Address credit issues as raised by CBK post reporting. Coordinate all credit related data to business segments, credit division and finance department. Coordinate credit issues relating to data and reported numbers to both internal and external auditors. Ensure asset quality of the lending book for all the credit facilities is within the target for the bank. Aggregate and analyse risk events occurring in Credit and ensure they are adequately addressed in the credit processes and policies. Track and review violations /deviations from the Credit Policy, processes and procedures for all credit facilities and ensure timely escalation Validate booking of loans and accounts in Core Banking system including accuracy in capturing of credit parameters Review and enhance credit risk policies that relate to risk appetite and sector concentration. Identify early alert signs in specific customers, sectors and market trends that may impact the performance of the business negatively.  Provide confirmation of balances on takeover cases as requested by legal department Perform checks on collateral update and follow up on un-updated cases with Securities and Documentation Department Manage and resolve customer queries promptly

Responsibilities:• Create sustainable partnership with external vendors that support growth of the product.• Creating market for the products available in the market and sourcing for.• Handle all matters relating to security perfection, offer letters including complaints, inquiries, etc within agreed turnaround time.• Proactive solutions to customer service related issues.• Prepare ad-hoc reporting/returns as required.• Conduct CDD checks for all mortgage customers when required.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and contributing to training programmes, educational workshops, homes Expos, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.• Ensuring high quality mortgage loan applications from branches allocated.

Responsibilities:• Tackling customer queries in relation to loans, credit cards and salary advances.• Receiving and quoting all loans and salary advance applications in the system.• Ensure all documents that appertain to loan processing are properly photocopied, recorded and dispatched to our head office.• Ensures bankers cheques are issued for loans bought from other financial institutions.• Ensure that all fee notes and vendors funds in regards to mortgage loans drawn down are paid on time• Making a summary report of progress of each loan account and reporting the same to the head office on a monthly basis.• Administer the TSC mortgage loan.

• Tackling customer queries in relation to loans, credit cards and salary advances.• Receive all loan and salary advance applications and ensure that all documentation is in order.• Analysing customer’s loan applications, salary advance and credit card applications as a part of the lending committee.• Ensure all documents that appertain to loan processing are properly photocopied, recorded and dispatched to our head office.• Preparing customer’s letters of offer and letters of check-off to employers.• Drawdown loans and ensures bankers cheques are issued for loans we are clearing.• Recovery of all commissions, fees and repayments owed by customers.• Preparing of monthly and quarterly returns/reports of loans granted and reporting the same to the headquarters.• Making a summary report of progress of each loan account and reporting of the same to the head office.
