Provide department-head safety and security for over 3,000 HOA members residing in 1,337 homes within a 900-acre gated, 55+ golf course community, as well as over 70 association employees working within the golf, pool, and tennis country club amenities of Heritage Springs. Operational oversight of contracts that provide outsourced access control and patrol security services, as well as all internal liability investigations for workplace and property injuries and accidents. Also investigate and enforce all HOA rules and regulations with residential homeowners, provide executive protection style services for special events and Board meetings. Established and maintain strong relationship with county law enforcement and emergency medical services, arranging continual on-site presentations by Sheriff's office and Fire Department units.

Senior control of all market-wide security contract operations in a Tampa market that spans from Pasco and Polk counties down through Tampa/St. Pete and south to Sarasota, Florida. Took the branch from number twenty-six company-wide to number four within the first twelve months of oversight. Developed client security program improvements, as well as enhanced employee recruitment processes that resulted in greater retention and performance. Served directly under the company owner, Daniel Pond of Pond Security, GmbH; second largest provider of security services to the United States government around the globe. Tasked with establishing and directing the startup of security operations in the United States through knowledge of government contract security management. Established offices in Washington, DC, Norfolk, VA and Pittsburgh, PA, including a Virginia DCJS licensed training academy in the Norfolk location. Constructed and delivered complex responses to numerous federal Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Sources Sought and a federally requested White Paper regarding the use of contract security in the European market.

Contracted through Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc., Pasadena, CaliforniaHeld Final Top Secret Security Clearance and Special Deputy U.S. MarshalAccepted a four-year contract immediately following the terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001, to assist the Diplomatic Security Service increase security at all Department of State controlled domestic facilities in Washington, DC and throughout the United States. Served as “Second in Command” of what became the largest US government armed security service contract, staffing over 750-armed, private security officers nationwide under a single security service company. Provided dignitary protection for foreign dignitaries, as well as frequent assistance to the US Secret Service during POTUS visits to the State Department. Provided uniformed officers for all the Secretary of State’s appearances outside of federally controlled property. Successfully developed and served as Kennel Master for the current K-9 Explosive Detector Program, beginning with five teams of handles and canines.
