Responsible for the supervision of security officers and processes providing security and a safe environment while ensuring protection of guests, employees and property assetsPrevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassersChecks reports of recorded observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities for the propertyEnsure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detectedConduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectivelyControl and direct all emergency personnel traffic in response to fire, bomb threat, police assistance, injury or illnessSupervise and control all aspects of key distribution according to policies and procedures of the Resort, and report any discrepancy immediatelyAssist Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectivesCoordinate with various departments and government agencies on routine matters and during emergencyMaintains records in respective Log Books for future referenceConduct inventory on keys, passes, walkie-talkies, and all other accountable stock
