As a Bi-Lo Store Manager I directly supervise all aspects of Front End Operations, Fresh Department Operations which include Deli, Bakery, Produce, Floral, Seafood and Meat Departments, and Center Store Operations which include Grocery, HBC/GM, Frozen Food, Dairy, and DSD Receiving. I directly oversee Hiring, and Training all associates in job proficiency and Customer Service. I am directly responsible for ensuring company merchandising guidelines are met by our store associates, as well as directing the vendor merchandising throughout the store. I perform daily store walks throughout every store department to inspect freshness, COOL compliance, proper execution of merchandising programs, and sales readiness. I mentor all store associates in providing exceptional customer service to our customers to increase banner loyalty. I work continuously to cross-train store associates, which in turn creates more in-store capabilities as well as greater serviceability to our customers. As a Harris Teeter Co Manager I directly supervise the Non Perishable Departments including Grocery, Dairy/Frozen Food, HBC/GM, DSD Receiving and Scan Coordinating. I am responsible for ensuring company merchandising guidelines are adhered to by our associates and vendors. I supervise scheduling and payroll of Center Store to achieve budgetary compliance. As a Food Lion Assistant Store Manager I directly supervised the Grocery Department, Frozen Food and Dairy Department, HBC Department and DSD Receiving in a high volume beach store while working to ensure 98% or higher in-stock conditions. I am trained in and was responsible for Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO), Price Accuracy and Ad Changes for the store. My daily responsibilities included doing detailed store walks through every department and ensuring sales readiness for perishable departments, center store and the front end, and that standard practices were being adhered to.
