Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading and growing businesses across different sectors, each experience building upon the last to create a foundation of success and leadership.I founded SafeDose Pharmacy in 1998 and was President and CEO until 2023. SafeDose specializes in delivering compliance-packaged medications across the nation, particularly to facilities caring for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals. It was a challenging yet rewarding journey that culminated in the profitable sale of the company. This marked not just the end of an era for me but also the beginning of my retirement from the active business landscape.Retiring from SafeDose Pharmacy has allowed me to reflect on my journey and the lessons I've learned. I am ready to transition from leading businesses to coaching and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. My professional successes, combined with my dedication to volunteerism, particularly with Habitat for Humanity, have equipped me with a unique perspective that I am eager to share. I believe in giving back and am committed to using my experiences to help others build and grow their businesses.My early career, marked by multiple achievements, includes serving as Vice President of Homart Development Co., where I was instrumental in restructuring the company for conversion into a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), resulting in significant recapitalization. My time with Realty Income Trust (stock symbol: RIT) as President and CEO saw me managing a wide array of assets and liabilities, steering the company through profitable operations, and ensuring continuous dividends for our shareholders over ten years. My stint with IBM Corporation as a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative (achieved 300% of quota over three years) at the start of my career taught me the ropes of sales excellence, setting the stage for my future endeavors.I'm looking forward to this next chapter, where I can contribute to the success of others, guiding them through the complexities of business leadership and strategic development.In my free time, I enjoy riding and caring for my three horses, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and coaching entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals.
