I’m a senior research manager and academic with 15+ years’ experience working on antimicrobials in foods, personal products and FCG with Unilever and Nestlé (Lausanne, Switzerland), and 8 years as a senior academic at Cranfield University and Imperial College London, expanding my research into the clinical field.I have a PhD in chemistry (St. Andrews, Scotland) and a PhD in microbiology (Univ. Brighton); a further degree in mathematics and computing, plus my management training, allows me to develop and manage cross-disciplinary projects with diverse teams of people.
