Mr. Ronald S. Lim is a development professional and experienced project manager with over 15 years of experience in food security, resilient livelihoods, children’s rights and protection, and poverty alleviation in the not-for-profit local and international organizations. He leads several capacity-building, resiliency and economic development projects in Philippines. Mr. Lim is currently a Grameen’s Training and Field Operations Senior Specialist for the Farmer-to-Farmer Capacity-Building of the Coconut Subsector (COCOS) Project. His work includes planning, partnership and volunteer management. Prior to joining Grameen, he was a World Vision’s Livelihoods Officer and leads the over-all management and implementation supervision of livelihood component for ABK3 LEAP (Livelihoods, Education, Advocacy, and Protection) Project to Combat Exploitative Child Labor in Sugarcane Areas funded by United States Department of Labor under Cooperative Agreement No. IL-22508-11-75-K. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Mindanao State Marawi City and is a licensed/certified Filipino Forester.
