The collective had its origins as a co-operative model, registered under Registry of Co-operative & Society. The transition towards a pte ltd was taken as it suited our future strategic direction. Howver, our social mission of championing the sustainability of freelancers in the creative industry, remains embedded in the new entity's DNA

Istoria Co-operative Singapore Limited (Istoria) is a regulated social enterprise that champions the sustainability of freelancers in Singapore, with a focus on the creative industry (design, photography & videography) for a start. Our tagline, “Evolving Through The Ages”, is a representation of how photography has evolved and through the collective experiences of our founding members will ensure the relevancy of Istoria in the ever changing environment. Istoria is a Greek word for Story Telling and we hope that we would be able to partner with you in the journey of life itself.We are registered and regulated by the Registry of Co-operatives & Societies (Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth).
