-Prospect for new business within the assigned territory, with a focus on Production Print accounts.-Maintain and update corporate database (CRM-Oracle) on a regular basis with Contacts, Opportunities, Assets, and Forecasts.-Become proficient on all Konica Minolta Production Print equipment, including, but not limited to the PRO 1051, PRO 1200, C5501, C6501, C65HC, C6000 PRESS, C7000 PRESS, C8000 PRESS.-Participate in Learn Tracks to achieve specific skill certifications.-Attained Konica Minolta Commercial Print Specialist designation in January 2011.-Work to achieve established sales metrics for ‘first-in’s, conduct product demonstrations, create proposals, and develop customized solutions to attain sales objectives.

-Responsible for Graphic Arts Division dealer channel management and sales of CtP equipment and consumables throughout New England & Eastern Canada (Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes).-Author presentations & develop technical sales expertise & understanding of CtP technologies, offset plates, related chemistries, and Inkjet papers.-Recruit, supervise, train, and maintain dealer channel.-Devise strategies, sales incentives, rebate schemes, and placement programs to propel sales.-Call upon a broad segment of the print industry; community newspapers, print franchises to national commercial printers.-Provide detailed reports to Mitsubishi management on territory issues, industry trends, and competitive challenges.-Assist dealer channel in ROI calculations, product demonstration, customer proposals, and sales closings.

-Responsible for all Photographic Materials & Digital Imaging Technical Service Department operations and support staff.-Advise & instruct sales force on emerging and competing technologies.-Design, write, and publish technical bulletins for distribution throughout Mitsubishi customer base.-Provide logistical support for all trade show operations including computer and printer/plotter installations.-Initiate and develop wide format & desktop ink-jet paper sales into the U.S. & Canadian markets and provide sales training and support thereof.-Interface with and assist OEM accounts on ink-jet paper sales programs and technical issues.-Design product packaging, labeling, and specifications.-Evaluate new product performance and assess market feasibility.-Provide sales projections and develop market strategy for Senior Management.-Report directly to the Senior Vice President.

-Provide telephone and on-site technical support throughout North and South America to Mitsubishiphotographic & ink-jet paper customers in all market segments including Printing, Professional Color and Minilab markets.-Create and maintain computer CRM database detailing services provided to end-users.-Create and assemble computer graphics files (PageMaker™, PhotoShop™) for output to desktop and large format ink-jet printers.-Develop and implement printer-balancing and quality control seminars for Mitsubishi Dealers.-Responsible for inspection, evaluation, and compensation of all Photographic Materials and Digital Imaging technical claims.-Assist Product Manager in new product development, evaluation, and assessment.-Provide technical training to inside sales force.
