Leads the development of strategies for agents to secure new accounts within defined market segments and territories through individual effort and established lead methods. Maintains effective agent and customer relationships, understands customers` business and requirements and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Serves as a subject matter experts to assist in developing Commercial products, pricing, sales and educational material.
