Started my career at Crown Hotels where I spent 15 years gaining in depth experience in many roles within the Front Office including Hotel Duty Manager and finally Chief Concierge for 5 years. I've been involved in the opening of 2 Crown Hotels in Crown Promenade Melbourne & Crown Metropol Melbourne. Specialising in customer service, I have assisted with the re branding of Crown hotel's service values and become its brand ambassador. I became a member of the prestigious UICH Les Clefs d'Or and received the golden keys in 2011.In 2015 I was employed as manager of the Hewlett Packard Experience Centre in Collins street where I was a part of the dynamic team opening the experience centre at its official launch in March 2015 and held this position until October 2016.2016 I was Initially I was employed as Customer Care Manager for Ultimate You Change Centres but was quickly transitioned into heading up new Technical developments as well as Training new Franchisees opening their own facility.In 2019 I joined Monash Sustainable Development Institute as Facilities Coordinator to establish and open the new office in Melbourne CBD which is home to ClimateWorks Australia, BehaviourWorks Australia and the broader units within Monash Sustainable Development Institute.Now, having moved to regional Victoria, have found a role with Mount Alexander Shire Council where my skills, experience and knowledge are now being applied to improve facilities and services throughout the community.
