I am a self-motivated, results oriented individual with over 36 year experience in the Information, Communication and Technology (ICT). I have worked with large mainframes and PC, developing solutions from application programs, system analysis, IP networking and program management. Some of my major accomplishments are the creation of the Trinidad’s first Internet network, the design, implementation, project manage and operations of the communications network at the Queens Park Oval for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, the implementation of TSTT’s first Mobile billing system and the re-design of TSTT’s IPTV network infrastructure. I have considerable experience working with product development teams in the delivery of new products and services, with focus on business processes, customer satisfaction and company’s revenue generation, whilst embracing technological advancement.
