Worked with several research organizations since 2014 as a volunteer, enumerator, intern, trainer and consultant. In 2018 worked with Twaweza East Africa in the Uwezo Unit, Communication department as an intern, a role well played leading to the transition of Uwezo unit into an independent organization 2019 where have continued to be hired as a trainer of trainers during children's learning national assessments, consultant on different education projects and approaches on how to improve children's learning in Uganda before and after the transition till to date. Worked with EDI Uganda and AEC Community College, Buikwe as a facilitator on a work based research and training initiative in the integrated ICT professional skills development course, worked with Good Neighbors Uganda as a research assistant, a Korean government funded program aimed at minimizing child marriages, early pregnancies, abuses and advocating for their rights. I was part of the team that piloted a baseline survey research proposal expressing need for funding of the program and successfully through our report secured a 4years project funding for the organization. precisely with the mentioned few above organizations have worked for and many others; I am a committed team leader that is result oriented and target achiever for further project consultative inclusions and recommendations leading to contract and project extensions from the funders.
