Since joining Morningside in 1999, Ron has played an instrumental role in its growth and success. Ron has overseen the development of many the firm’s highly acclaimed mixed-use projects, including the entire southeastern Michigan portfolio, which has served as both a model and catalyst for downtown redevelopment in communities throughout the state.Over the last 20 years, Ron has developed a reputation for creative work in acquisition, zoning/entitlement, financing, construction, and historic preservation, and is known for his determination and ability to find solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining Morningside, he worked as a land development specialist for a national home builder. Ron is a Licensed Residential Builder. He actively supports local and national organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and is a board member of the University of Michigan Natural History Museum. Ron, his wife Samantha, and their two children, reside in Ann Arbor.
