* Created and implemented the initial chaplaincy services for the live-in program called “Rebuild” for refugee families from the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.* Served over 30 refugee families in the “Rebuild” program from Nigeria, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, and Venezuela by listening to their traumatic experiences, providing emotional stability, sharing Scripture and prayer support.* Accompanied many refugee families as they transitioned from the live-in program to their respective new communities.* Attended interdisciplinary team meetings to provide spiritual input to the treatment plan of each refugee family.* Created and executed a project called “Families in Transformation” which currently connects refugee families with churches that are willing to adopt them. * Coordinated the production of a physical/digital manual and an online/virtual course to teach local churches how to welcome refugee families into their congregations and integrate them into the local community.
