Lecturing undergraduate students in the following units:– Object Oriented Systems Analysis and Design– Network Systems and Administration– Internet Application Programming– Application Programming for the internet– Software Engineering– Computer Graphics– Digital Logic

• Development of websites using Microsoft FrontPage, HTML, ASP.NET, Dream weaver and CMSs such as Drupal and Word Press. • Continuously reviewing the organization’s and clients’ systems and recommend to management, upgrading and appropriate ICT investment in systems, procedures, hardware and software in line with market trends.• Creating and maintaining procedural documentation for ICT activities• Support contracting to design, develop, implement, operate and administer ICT computer software, networks, websites and information systems.• Identify, develop, and implement continuous end-user ICT training programs and new staff orientation.• Set up, maintain and protect user accounts, ICT hardware and software.• Development of computer programs using Microsoft Access, Visual Studio and Microsoft Excel. Among the programs developed include a Fuel Station Point of Sale System for Kitunzi Hydrocarbures in Beni and Butembo, Democratic Republic of Congo.• Designing and development of databases using SQL server, MySQL and Microsoft Access. Among the databases developed include: Microsoft Access GPS data collection system for George Washington University, School Of Public Health in 2011.• Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Analysis performed for George Washington University, School Of Public Health.• Requirements Gathering, Technical Design, Proof of Concept, and Acceptance Tests with the end users.• Advise the organization on software matters.

• Preparation and implementation of an effective ICT strategy and management policies /procedures at the institution.• Administering day-to-day operations and coordinating all ICT activities to obtain optimum ICT value while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations at the institution.• Creating and enforcing a backup plan and security strategy for the institution’s ICT environment. • Planning, budgeting and executing replacements, installations and new purchases of the institution’s ICT platform and network.• Guide students in both GCE A levels and O levels in analysis and development of Web-based and windows based systems using software such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft FrontPage, Javascript, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Corel, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic 6.0, and Adobe Flash Professional.• Undertaking research on emerging technological developments and trends and driving a culture of innovation and creativity in seeking ICT solutions to the institution’s challenges such as the zero client based architecture for the network.• Providing technical support, working hard to ensure all faults are detected and reported to the management. • Design and implementation of the academy’s publications such as newsletters and newspaper publications.
