The director organization development is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organization needs. Designs, develops and manages efforts to ensure that organization development, performance management and compensation programs are implemented and adhered too. Ensures compliance with operations objectives in managing overtime, staffing levels and the administration of the field compensation plan. Directly responsible for developing and managing the full cycle recruitment programs designed to source and screen talent. Has primary responsibility to develop and maintain effective programs impacting labor cost control, retention management and the quarterly OMR, a comprehensive succession planning initiative.
