Under my leadership, functions of supply and services, transportation, maintenance, and medical services are synchronized and integrated within the brigade and unit movements. I assist with support directives and orders, property book and supply adherence, and cyclic requirements. I review, select, and recommend, resources for brigade funding for substance, lodging, and government purchases. However, my specialty lies in administering responsibility for planning, arranging programs, operations, and procurement functions with the brigade.

Brigade Assistant Operations Officer1St Operations Brigade, 78Th Training Division, Us Army Aug 2014 - Jan 2016Fort Gillem, GaAs the Brigade Assistant Operations Officer, I held responsibility for operations including 17,000 Army Reserve Soldiers including Canadian Forces, National Guard, and Active Component personnel. I led the Operations Information Cell as a selected Chief of Operations in the Army Reserve’s Combat Support Training and Warrior Training Exercise for FY15 and FY16. I supervised 10 officers and 35 NCO’s through direct, engaging mentorship and leadership. My main accomplishments were as follows:¬ Managing mission assignments and facilitation of 236 personnel via multiple installations supporting over 100 training units.¬ Coordinated efforts for elements, consolidation, and reports approval.
