    As the Brigade Assistant Operations Officer, I held responsibility for operations including 17,000 Army Reserve Soldiers including Canadian Forces, National Guard, and Active Component personnel. I led the Operations Information Cell as a selected Chief of Operations in the Army Reserve’s Combat Support Training and Warrior Training Exercise for FY15 and FY16. I supervised 10 officers and 35 NCO’s through direct, engaging mentorship and leadership.
