TRACKING OF VEHICLES• Keep the tracking of Vehicles & Titles on TOV.CARGOLOOP• Keep the Cargo Loop updated by posting the vehicles to the website once it is purchased.• Keep an eye on the status of the vehicle at the Cargo Loop once it is entered in theParticular terminal of USA INTER CARGO• Book the vehicles on the terminals with the shipping line via email.• Keep tracking of the titles of vehicles; get them delivered to the terminals.• Booking of containers on the right terminal and follow-up.• Container booking and loading with the Shipping Lines.• Keep the tracking of inventory at the terminal. Get them book and load as soon as possible.CENTRAL DISPATCH• List the vehicles on central dispatch once it is ready to be picked up after the payment• Negotiate the freight rates with the truckers• Dispatch the vehicles to the terminals• Track all the due payments of the truckers• Make sure that the truckers get paid on time to avoid the negative ratingsSHIPPING & LOGISTICS• Maintain the sheet of Cars and Containers on daily basis.• Follow up the upcoming containers at the sea ports till it’s opened.• Claim the damages of vehicles if any.• Follow up with the Documentations such as Telex Release and Bill of Ladings with UIC.• Follow up with the WAC shipping clients and WAC owned cars.• Follow up with UAE Agents for all paper works for e.g. Duty, RTA, SG and VCC • Follow up on the vehicle on port and yard.INVOICING• Make the invoices for the shipping clients.LEDGERS• Maintain the Ledgers of all WACSHIP Clients.
