Corporate:My most primary responsibilities include that I ensure those who work for Streamline Consulting Inc are all highly trained professionals, who are exceptionally knowledgable in their feild, and given the appropriate guidance and tools to be successful . Also, those successes must come from practices that are in line with our Corporate values, vision and mission.Operations:Management in growth is the basic tenet behind the formation of Streamline Consulting Inc therefore, the growth of the company is absolute chief. My job is to find practical implementary solutions to complex unit production problems and growth model optimization. My primary focus is aimed at making holistic assessments that combine various business-specific cultural analytics to promote competent leadership. This includes the development and implementation of proven and effective growth management strategies that are scalable to task, and also designed to maximize output productivity, profit and revenue margins. Finally, I must decide how these planned objectives should be best utilized to create the competitive advantages required to consistently thrive across the diverse and emerging markets of a dynamic economy. Administrative:I am also responsible for providing clear leadership and direction that effectively outlines the company short, medium and long term objectives for growth expansion and profitability. I frequently network with other agencies to strengthen our existing relationships and intra-industry ties and identify opportunities to build new ones. I make sure that delegation of specific duties are going to the appropriate individuals and/or departments most qualified to perform such task. I review all major disciplinary action.I stay informed by continuously monitoring current events for any policy changes or technological improvements so that I may take the appropriate decisive action, if adjustments are needed.
