Job Profile:*Communicates with the internal operations and sales teams to understand the project requirements to customer.*To place orders as per the customers requirement once the deal is finalized which drives the higher customer satisfaction by having a friendly relation.*To ensures that queries are resolved in a timely fashion to prevent site delays delivery programme and also to see that proforma/quotations are raised to customers with regular follow up via email and phone calls.*To Make sure that all materials are procured from suppliers allowing adequate time for factory lead times, shipping and custom clearance.*Ensures all materials are received in accordance with the GRN process and goods required dates.*Ensures all materials are delivered in accordance with the customer's requirements.*Ensures invoices are raised in accordance with the delivery notes and the project contract terms and conditions.*To ensure that problems are resolved with regards to product/service by clarifying the customer’s complaint and to analyse the problems and to expediting the correction in a team.*Monitors product profitability and recommends measures for improvements and cost management with the team and negotiate. *Keep an eye on accounts receivables to ensure that all the payments are collected in due time as per the agreed terms of payment*Manage obsolete & slow-moving inventory (OSMI) out of the business through sale.*Ensure that daily accounting activity such as purchase/sales, debit/credit note, receipt/payment, contra or journal adjustments are made in time along with inventory activity such as rejection in /out, GRN, stock journal is passed regularly as per the accounting standards with multi-currency involved business.
