Manage a 16 man/woman staff in a 235 bed facility. My staff and I are responsible for the cleansliness of the facility. For the first time I have passed the state while still within my 90 probation period!!!

I am the account manager for the Housekeeping Dept. My duties include payroll, inventory, ordering supplies, discipline, training, conducting I services, monitoring work ethics, follow ups, Scheduling and much more.

As a entrepreneur my main objective is to provide a service in which a client who has either a household, facility or auto interior detailing needs can be handled by my company. Not like many other companies I like to be hands on to insure it is done right. I consider my company as a one stop shop meaning i may be there to fulfill one of your needs but i have enough equipment with me to cover a wider spectrum. So instead of dealing with several other vendors....you can now just deal with me.

As a Supervisor of Maintenance my job duties are to provide support to the staff in the form of applying my knowledge and skills which in turn creates more productivity towards accomplishing the goal which is to Have the facility ready for the next day for business.

As a Director of Housekeeping I was responsible for the 23 employees in my dept. Which included supervision, training in regards to general cleaning, Floor care, discipline, payroll, scheduling, ordering supplies and dealing with vendors, cost cutting and meeting with other Dept. Heads to find out there concerns and issues to better the Facility.

Position entailed the running of a housekeeping department in a nursing home. Day to day operations and facility needs that were handled by me were Scheduling, payroll, shipping and receiving, training and disciplining staff. Duties included stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing, laundry, power-washing and much more.

I was responsible for any and all floor care projects throughout my facility and one other that was nearby. It was here I was noticed by the Director who trained me on the administrative workings of the department. I also trained other employees on the floor care process. As a result the Director recommended me for a position he turned down at Tower Lodge as a Director of Housekeeping and Laundry.

in this position I was responsible for the upkeep of my floor which entailed trash removal, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and stripping and waxing of the floors. I also played a roll as an 1199 union delegate.
