Supervised 17 employees in major structural repairs including, skin changes, ring frame replacements and sheet metal repair.Supervisor P3 forward wing spar replacement. Supervised 20 employees, in removal of aircraft engines forward controls and spar replacement.

Held full responsibility for managing 12 work centers and 110 team members in repair/maintenance of 12 F/A-18 Strike Fighter aircraft. Planned and scheduled maintenance (including offsite major re-work and overhaul) incorporated Air Worthiness Directives, tracked and scheduled High Time Components replacements, conducted aircraft inspections, and updated Aeronautical Logbooks.
