As Duty Manager Operations was independently responsible for the entire operations of the unit activities and smooth handling of the shift which included• Leading, managing and developing a team of 300 staff with 10 direct reports• Delivering and catering to approx 910000 meals for 3120 flights per month and to ensure 100% on time performance was maintained for all flights through strong planning and control.• Partnering, coordinating with all in-house departments to ensure that we execute as a team and meet client expectations• Co-ordinate with QR Traffic for the Passenger load, QR OCC for aircraft movements, QAS operations for arrivals and departures for all Qatar Airways and foreign flights• Ensuring all staff are fully briefed and updated with current operating procedures and ensure the highest standards are carried out to check flights for their quantity /quality and food temperature is within the safe margin as per HACCP standards.• Strong customer service orientated / Good communication skills / Team player• Analyzing and evaluating business performance, planning on a day to day basis to ensure smooth handling of the entire Unit.

Responsible for the entire operations movement, assigning supervisors, loaders and drivers for their flight and ensuring the highest Possible standards effectively. Coordinate with dispatch for updated information and strict adherence to principles and practice of hygiene and quality laid down by the company.• Ensuring all staff are fully briefed and updated with current operating procedures and ensure the highest standards are carried out to check flights for their quantity /quality and food temperature is within the safe margin as per HACCP standards.• Strong customer service orientated / Good communication skills / Team player• Manage all operational aspects of Flight Catering during the shift and ensure that the in-flight product is delivered to agreed standards and within budget.
